Regency Title Group was created in 1994 by Real Estate Attorneys, Michael J. Gasdick and August J. Stanton, Jr., for the purpose of providing quality real estate closing and settlement services at a reasonable price without compromising customer service.
Our staff is made up of knowledgeable, experienced real estate professionals who are proficient in title and escrow services such as searching and abstracting title, preparation of title insurance commitments and policies, preparation of documents to clear and convey title, satisfying the requirements of the lenders funding the transaction, and other general closing and escrow practices. Our staff is kept up to date with relevant changes in practices through seminars given by our underwriters, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Our documents are professionally prepared with the latest and most efficient real estate closing and accounting software. We use internet technology to its fullest potential. We can download a lender's loan package and email the closing statement and all documents prepared by our office to all parties for quick review. Our network is constantly updated with the latest and most proficient hardware and software.
